Rental Conditions
To rent a car, the customer must meet certain requirements:
Minimum age 19 years
Valid Identity Card or Passport
Valid driver's license issued at least 120 months ago
Before collecting the vehicle, the customer must pay a security deposit to the Lessor according to the terms indicated in the Rental Agreement. Payment can be made in accordance with the provisions of current laws with a Bank Draft, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card. The amount paid as a security deposit will be fully refunded in accordance with the contractual conditions.
Excess kilometers will be settled upon return of the vehicle.
All our vehicles are certified for rental use and come with comprehensive insurance coverage already included in the agreed rental price, divided as follows:
Civil liability including coverage for transported third parties
Theft and fire
Kasko insurance
Insurance for vandalism
Insurance for weather events
Coverage for glass breakage
Goods transported is at the customer's own risk.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same equipment as at the beginning of the rental, except for normal wear and tear.
